The newly launched ‘Walking Guide’ service, introduced by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, offers direct, on-the-ground assistance to visitors, ensuring smoother navigation, increased safety, and a more fulfilling worship experience.

Designed to cater to all pilgrims, especially the elderly and disabled, the service strategically places trained guides at key locations, such as entrances, prayer areas, and the Tawaf and Sa’i zones

With prominent signage and floor markers pinpointing their positions, these guides provide real-time direction, help reunite lost individuals, and ensure a stress-free journey for visitors.

“The initiative is a game-changer,” said Hajj and Umrah specialist Saad Al-Sharif, who praised the service for its ability to provide crucial field guidance and multilingual support to international pilgrims.
