In the first 15 days, over 522,000 worshippers benefited from enhanced transportation services, including 421,144 on electric golf carts, 86,399 on paid carts, and 15,091 using free manual carts

To make mobility even easier, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque launched the Unified Transportation platform.

This system allows worshippers to pre-book carts, choose their transport, and pay online for a hassle-free experience.

With these innovations, the Grand Mosque is ensuring that every visitor—regardless of age or ability—can move comfortably and focus on their spiritual journey during this sacred time
