Parents In Saudi Must Now Book School Visits Online

The Ministry of Education is rolling out a new appointment system through Madrasati for parents visiting boys’ and girls’ public schools…so no more walk-ins!

The goal? Safe, organized, and seamless visits.

Schools will manage entry & exit, confirm appointments, and ensure visits are for genuine reasons

Each parent can book one visit per week (either in-person or remote), and you’ll need to specify who you’re meeting — principal, vice-principal, or student counselor.

How to Book via Madrasati

  1. Log in to Madrasati with your parent account.

  2. Go to Services → Book a Visit.

  3. Choose remote or in-person.

  4. Pick a date & time (1 visit/week).

  5. Enter the reason for your visit and the school official you want to meet.

  6. Submit and wait for confirmation.

  7. On the day: arrive on time for in-person or log in for remote.

Thanks to this new rule, parents get smoother visits, schools stay organized, and everyone wins!
