The countdown is ON for one of the most jaw-dropping architectural feats the world has ever seen, Saudi’s Jeddah Tower!

Saudi billionaire Prince Al Waleed bin Talal Al Saud took to social media to share an exciting teaser video about this monumental project

In his post, Prince Al Waleed excitedly declared, “we’re back!” alongside a stunning artist’s rendering of the completed tower, showcasing a breathtaking design that will undoubtedly become an iconic symbol of Jeddah. The main structure is expected to exceed 1.5 kilometers, and let’s just say, the world will be watching when this beauty finally touches the clouds.

The tower is set to soar beyond one THOUSAND meters!

Currently known as the Jeddah Economic Company Tower, this ambitious project is not just about reaching new heights, it’s here to about smash records! Standing tall at 828 meters, the Burj Khalifa has long held the title of the world’s tallest building, but Jeddah Tower is set to grab that title real soon, after it soars beyond 1,000 meters.

Imagine a tower that stretches more than a kilometer into the sky. Talk about a skyscraper that’s not afraid to flex!

Plans for the tower initially stopped, but have now officially resumed

The journey to this record-breaking tower has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Plans for the Jeddah Tower have been in the works for over a decade, but construction has seen its fair share of ups and downs. So far, 63 of the planned 157 stories are complete, and an impressive SAR 1 billion has already been invested in bringing this vision to life.

With the latest announcement from Prince Al Waleed, it seems like construction is back on track!
