To streamline the process, applicants are encouraged to submit their requests early through the Nusuk app or the official e-portal before bookings begin.

Priority will be given to first-time pilgrims, ensuring that more individuals have the opportunity to complete this sacred journey

Applicants should also update their health information, add accompanying pilgrims, and, if necessary, submit requests for Mahram exemptions.
