Move over skyscrapers—there’s a new 3D-printed building in town, and it’s making history! Riyadh is now home to the world’s tallest on-site 3D printed building.
The real estate development company, Dar Al Arkan, used a COBOD 3D construction printer to create the impressive, three-story, 345 m2 villa.

It didn’t take long; the villa was printed in just 26 days.

And the best part? The 9.9-metre-tall building was made with low-cost local materials, costing less than SR45,000 in printed materials.

But that’s not all; the villa also boasts energy conservation features and insulation layers, making it an eco-friendly masterpiece. It looks like the future of construction is already here!
