Due to this issue, the Ministry of Health’s ‘Live Well’ platform implemented an innovative idea to raise awareness of protection from the sun in Riyadh.
The ministry is distributng sun umbrellas to all employees in the digital city of Riyadh for heat protection

The umbrella holders read: “For a constant shadow of protection, take an umbrella on the go, and return once done for the next person to use. This campaign is set in place to encourage the community to protect themselves from the intense sunlight. People are posting their walks with the umbrella under the hashtag #own_your_shadow.
