Riyadh Rents Have Actually Decreased By Quite A Lot Last Month

Avatar

If you’re thinking of talking your owner into reducing rent, then you better show him this.

As per a report in the Saudi Gazette, the government’s Sakani platform has recorded a decrease in rents as much as 52 percent in July.

The rents are being tracked periodically on the Ejar platform and that’s giving some pretty good deets on rent trends in the country.

32 neighborhoods of the capital (out of the 43) have seen rents drop by anywhere between one to 52 percent!

The people who got the 52 percent drop in rent are clearly super lucky.

However, Riyadh’s remaining 11 neighborhoods had stable rents or saw increases when compared to last month’s data.
