Riyadh Season Kicked Off Last Night With A Huge Opening Ceremony That Even Set A New Guinness World Record
Riyadh Season 2022’s tag line is “Beyond Imagination” – and that’s exactly what last night’s opening ceremony delivered. There was so much jam-packed into one night and this was almost just like a trailer of things to come, so the bar has clearly been set way high for the third edition of Riyadh Season to deliver.
The ceremony was kicked-off by none other than the Chairman of the GEA himself, Turki Al-Sheikh.

The night then saw performances revolving around Saudi folklore.

This was followed up by a grand spectacle by Cirque du Soleil.
BTW, if you missed this performance, Cirque du Soleil is performing at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University till Dec. 3.

Then there were the fireworks, so many of them that Riyadh Season set a new Guinness World Record.
