Riyadh’s New Year Celebration Has Been Cancelled Due to Licensing

Over the past few days,  news of the New Year’s Eve celebration in the city of Mellham north of Riyadh has gone viral on social media.

The General Entertainment Authority clarified that the event is not licensed. It confirmed that the organizer has been obstructed and that a case has been raised to the Emirate of Riyadh to take legal action against him.
