The survey evaluates countries across four main categories: career prospects, salary and job security, work-life balance, and overall work satisfaction. Saudi Arabia excelled in career prospects, topping the charts and surpassing even the US and UAE. A whopping 75 percent of expats reported improved career opportunities after moving to Saudi Arabia, with 62 percent feeling positive about their personal career growth. Moreover, 82 percent expressed satisfaction with the local economy, earning the Kingdom second place in salary and job security.
Saudi Arabia also made the top 10 in the Expat Essentials Index, which rates factors like visa processes, local bureaucracy, banking ease, housing availability, digital services, and language accessibility. Ranking 6th globally, Saudi Arabia outpaced countries such as Singapore, Mexico, and Indonesia.
