In a powerful announcement by Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Saudi Aramco revealed 14 new oil and gas discoveries—spanning both the Eastern Province and the vast Empty Quarter desert.
The latest finds include six new oil fields, four natural gas reservoirs, two oil reservoirs, and two new gas fields—each adding fresh strength to the Kingdom’s already impressive energy profile
Highlights include the Ayfan field producing 2,840 barrels of very light crude daily, the Nuwayr field flowing with 1,800 barrels of medium crude, and the Ghizlan field impressing with 32 million standard cubic feet (MMscf) of gas daily, along with 2,525 barrels of condensate.
These discoveries not only emphasize Saudi Arabia’s continued innovation and exploration success, but also underscore its commitment to global energy stability
