Saudi Distributed Over 12,000 Homes To Families In Need This Year

In a significant step towards achieving Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 Housing Program goals, more than 12,000 housing units have been distributed to families in need this year!

This initiative supports the Kingdom’s aim to provide 40,000 new homes to disadvantaged families by 2025. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing also offered SR110 million in financial support to 39,000 tenants struggling with rent.

Alongside the housing distributions, Saudi technical students in Tabuk volunteered their skills in charitable home repairs for families, showcasing a community-driven approach to supporting the less fortunate.

Additionally, the National Housing Co. opened registration for its new Murjana project in Jeddah

This year also saw 182,000 volunteers participating in various housing-related community efforts across the country, helping to beautify urban spaces and improve living conditions.

The program, a key part of the Vision 2030 agenda, aims to raise homeownership rates in Saudi Arabia to 70% by the next decade

This effort is complemented by financial programs like Ejar and Sakani, which provide legal protections and affordable housing finance for citizens.

As Saudi Arabia’s population continues to grow, the demand for housing in major cities like Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam is rising, with real estate transactions increasing significantly over the past year.
