In Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saudi envoy Osama Al-Ahmadi joined Bosnian Grand Mufti Husein Kavazovic and other officials to kick off the delivery of 10 tonnes of dates to over 30,000 people during Ramadan.
In South Africa, Mohammed Ashour, the religious attache at the Saudi embassy, launched two programs, allocating a total of 40 tonnes of dates to various cities and countries. This effort is set to benefit at least 90,000 Muslims.
In Indonesia, Saudi Ambassador Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Amoudi and Indonesian Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Saiful Rahmat Dasuki joined hands to inaugurate programs benefiting around 40,000 people, distributing 20 tonnes of dates and copies of the Holy Qur’an.
Lastly, in Senegal, the ministry is overseeing the distribution of 15 tonnes of dates to families, Islamic centers, orphanages, and mosques, spreading kindness throughout the West African countries.
