During key Hajj days and the first day of Eid Al Adha, over 3 billion liters of fresh water were provided to Makkah and surrounding areas by the Saudi Water Authority (SWA), ensuring pilgrim comfort.

To strengthen the electrical grid, the Saudi Electricity Company installed new mobile stations and improved existing infrastructure, costing SR60 million. Projects totaling SR248 million were undertaken to upgrade distribution, ensuring stable power supply, aiming to improve service reliability.

Efforts to enhance water services involve over 2,000 employees, supplying up to 1 million cubic meters of water daily during peak pilgrimage days. Water quality is ensured through 4,100 daily tests, with infrastructure projects exceeding SR158 million to support water supply and distribution.
