Saudi Implements E-Visas In Place Of Passport Stickers For Seven Countries

Saudi is definitely at its prime era of going digital, and will definitely become number one for implementing AI in its services. That is exactly why the Kingdom has officially scrapped printed sticker visas on passports for a more eco-friendly and electronic option.

The Kingdom now provides e-visas for seven different countries

The list includes United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Egypt, Bangladesh, India, Philippines and Indonesia. Specific QR codes feature information regarding the residents’ visas, and has already been implemented since the first of May!

The Kingdom implemented the change in line with its efforts to ease access and attract travelers to the country 🇸🇦
