Saudi is gearing up for an unexpected cold wave this weekend, with temperatures plunging below zero in several regions

Starting Saturday, areas like Northern Borders, Tabuk, and Al Jawf will see temperatures drop to 0°C, with some parts expected to hit -4°C by Monday.

As the cold wave spreads, regions like Riyadh and Al Qassim will also feel the chill, with temperatures expected to range between 0°C and 2°C by Tuesday

This cold snap coincides with Foundation Day and the end of the second semester holidays, making it an unusual seasonal shift.

NCM predicts this may be the last cold wave of the season, so make sure you stay warm and follow safety guidelines.
