As part of this agreement, workers will receive encouragement to incorporate yoga practices into their daily routines. Additionally, employees in ministry-run care centers and shelters will receive resources to assist them in managing stress, enhancing focus, and improving their overall physical and mental health.

Both the committee and the ministry are dedicated to establishing harmonious and balanced workplaces. Their shared goal is to prioritize the holistic well-being of employees and the individuals they serve. This agreement will create opportunities for the youth of Saudi
Princess Mishael bint Faisal, the vice chair of the Saudi Yoga Committee, and Huda Al-Haidari, director of the ministry’s social responsibility department in the Riyadh region, participated in the signing ceremony. Princess Mishael emphasized the significance of this agreement, highlighting its role in creating equal opportunities and investing in the Kingdom’s youth.
