The massive turnout reflected deep public interest in Saudi efforts to serve Islamic knowledge and promote cultural dialogue on a global scale.

Through the Saudi pavilion, visitors were introduced to a rich collection of publications from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur’an, alongside modern digital platforms designed to serve pilgrims and students in multiple languages.

Researchers and students were able to download thousands of Islamic books directly to their phones, while more than 50,000 copies of the Holy Qur’an were distributed free of charge to visitors.
The pavilion also showcased Saudi initiatives promoting moderation, tolerance, and balanced Islamic thought, reinforcing the Kingdom’s message of openness and coexistence.
This participation forms part of the Ministry’s broader strategy, under the supervision of Minister Abdulatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s international cultural presence and highlight its leading role in serving the Qur’an and Islamic scholarship.
The overwhelming engagement at the Cairo Book Fair confirmed the global resonance of these efforts and the Kingdom’s enduring commitment to knowledge and heritage.
