Saudi Urges Citizens To Leave Lebanon Immediately Amid War Tensions

Amid growing tensions between Iran and Israel, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has asked its residents in Lebanon to leave the country immediately.

The embassy ensured it would be following up on any developments

In a recent statement released on X, The Embassy of Saudi Arabia to Lebanon,  urged citizens to adhere to the Lebanon travel ban, set in place amid growing political tensions.

Iran released a statement on Saturday, hinting confrontation with Israel if it attacked Lebanon

The Iran Mission to New York released this statement on Saturday which stated ‘an obliterating war will ensue’ if Israel were to attack Lebanon. The statement also stated that all options, including the full involvement of all resistance fronts are on the table.

Due to the tense political situation, Saudi has requested its citizens to retreat from Lebanon, and return to the Kingdom immediately.
