This figure, shared by the Saudi Central Bank, marks the Kingdom’s highest visitor spending ever, showing a crazy growth rate of 42.8 percent since 2022! The success story continues with the tourism sector scoring big wins! As reported by the Saudi Press Agency, Saudi Arabia secured the top spot on the UN’s World Tourism Organization list for the growth rate of international tourist numbers in 2023 compared to 2019, with a remarkable 56 percent increase.
Saudi Arabia also exceeded its Vision 2030 target of attracting 100 million visitors seven years ahead of schedule!
