The City’s Famous King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Has Obtained Yet Another High Ranking After Continuous Success

King Abdullah Financial District is the futuristic concrete jungle of Riyadh and it is getting recognize internationally


The famous project has yet again received the highest rating for energy and environmental design in the world. KAFD has previously received an award for leadership in sustainability from the US Green Building Council (USGBC), along with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) platinum certification.

Both awards were presented to recognize the district’s dedication towards environmental preservation and economical development

When seen in pictures, the district looks out of this world with its futuristic architecture and huge skyscrapers. It’s so great to see the capital being recognized for its innovative capabilities.

KAFD is also known to be the largest real estate development project in the world with more than 83 buildings

The district totals to include 61 towers, to house residential, official, and environmental spaces covering more than 1.6 million square meters.
