The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has doubled the number of electric carts to 400, making movement around the holy site smoother and more efficient.

Alongside the electric carts, authorities have also expanded their hand-pushed cart services, offering both free and paid options at key locations

Pilgrims looking for a complimentary ride can find free hand-pushed carts in the eastern courtyard (near Bab Al Salam No. 19) and the western courtyard (near Jisr Al Shaybika, Bab 64).

For those seeking an upgraded, paid experience, enhanced hand-pushed carts are available in multiple areas, including the lower and first-floor Sa’i areas and the western and southern courtyards
