The OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) issue caused a disagreement among the different countries on price to be charged per barrel of oil. It also relates to the issue of granting production quotas per country. Saudi Arabia and U.S. President Joe Biden have been under heat for a while, regarding the changes in oil prices.
