The Japanese and Korean Ambassadors Were Spotted At The Kingdom’s Ongoing Falcon Exhibition

Both ambassadors of South Korea and Japan were seen enjoying their time at the Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition


Joon Young and Iwai Fumio toured the exhibition of 25 pavilions, and were also briefed on everything related to the heritage of falconry, excursions and hunting.The two ambassadors were also shown around the international auction part of the exhibition. Falcons from more than 40 different farms from 17 different countries were showcased in this exhibition.

Japanese ambassador Iwai Fumio was just recently seen enjoying the date festival earlier this month

German Alexander,owner of the VOSS-FALCONS farm, managed to sell 6 falcons on the just the first day of the auction

The owner explained how he priced a falcon at 140 thousand riyals, and thought it still deserved a higher price! The German praised the great role played by the Falcons Club in preserving the heritage and culture of falcons, explaining that it was his first time participating in the exhibition. He expressed admiration for the passion in the Saudi community who showed utmost pride for this majestic bird.
