The US Is Extending Visit Visas For Saudi Citizens To 10 Years

In a major win for Saudi citizens, the US has announced that it will be extending visit visas for Saudis from the current 5 years to 10 years. This new announcement comes right after US President’s Joe Biden’s visit to the kingdom.

The rule will go into effect on Aug. 1.

The visa extension comes a few months after the inclusion of Saudi citizens in the Interview Waiver Program, which exempts those over the age of 50 from having to go through personal interviews to renew their visit visas to the United States.
