These New Light Art Installations In Riyadh Have Turned The City Into One Large Open-Air Art Gallery

Avatar

190 light art installations have been installed across public spaces in the capital—40 of them, to be precise. These new installations are part of the Noor Riyadh Festival, which kicked off on Thursday.

Now in its second year, this year’s edition is way bigger than last time.

Even if you’re not an artsy person, you’re still gonna love the technological wizardry that’s taking centre stage here.

Some of the best places to witness these art installations are the Diplomatic Quarter, the Jax District, and the King Abdullah Financial District.

The drone show at King Abdullah Park is not to be missed.

The festival will run until the 19th of November.
