The video circulated all over Twitter and shocked many as the driver miracullously escaped the car with no injuries. Some people criticized the lack of precaution of driving during harsh weather conditions, while others blamed the placement of palm trees on narrow roads. However, the real outrage began when the car’s insurance company didn’t claim the expenses for repair.

The insurance registered the incident as 100% error in no fault of the driver, which outraged the masses

Najm insurance refused to take any responsibility for compensating the expenses for the incident, excluding it from their coverage. People on social media were outraged on the unfair treatment and demanded justice for the innocent driver. The insurance company noticed the outrage and dissaproval of the claim from the public, and further resolved the issue in an official statement

However, people were still not satisfied as some comments mentioned the statement was “vague” and “unofficial” along with claims of ignorging the efforts of properly investigating and reviewing the case. Other drivers also brought up their previous experiences and complaints to the company.
