This video circulated on Twitter of two Saudi men caught doing illegal activities in Riyadh last night

The Riyadh police arrested the driver of a vehicle and his passenger, driving recklessly on a public road. The passenger was in possession of a firearm that he showed off from hanging outside the vehicle’s rear window. This caused a public panic, as the passenger was armed among a group of other drivers on the public road.
