Saudis Coming From The UAE In The Next 61 Hours Might Undergo Home Isolation

Saudi Arabia temporarily suspended travel to and from 14 countries including the UAE as a precautionary measure since the UAE has registered 59 coronavirus cases. The decision aims to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

The Saudi Embassy in the UAE issued an alert to citizens wishing to return to the kingdom.

The notification reads: with the follow up of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the UAE and our concerns for the Saudi citizens in the UAE who wish to return to Saudi Arabia, the embassy would like to inform them about the possibility to travel via Saudi Airlines from Dubai Airport during the next 72 hours.

This development means that any Saudi citizen who is in the UAE and wishes to return to Saudi Arabia has around 61 hours to go to Dubai Airport.
