A Saudi Designer Just Got The Limelight At The Cannes’ Red Carpet

Avatar

The Cannes film festival is back after being canceled in 2020 for the first time (since World War II) and, as always, is making iconic cultural moments in the world of films, fashion, and glamour.

And Saudi Arabia is fully being represented at this year’s Cannes

And this includes a Saudi emerging designer making her mark on the red carpet.

A beautiful gown by Saudi designer, Eman Al-Ajlan, was worn at the Cannes Red Carpet by an Iranian-American supermodel, Mahlagha Jaberi, and it was a beautiful sight.

Excellent exposure at a time when the Saudi fashion industry is just taking off

It is not just the budding Saudi fashion industry that is thriving at Cannes though – it is also a great time to get into filmmaking right now in Saudi Arabia.

A Saudi Arabia Pavillion is set up at Cannes and is highlighting all things great happening in the world of film in the kingdom
