6 Fashion Designers From The Middle East That Hollywood Celebs LOVE Rocking

Avatar

The glam dressing is a casual way of life in the Middle East, as we all know by now. The women in our region are fascinating dressers, who more often than not, do not need stylists.

What comes with that great passion for fashion are the designers that have TRULY entered the global fashion scene, like Elie Saab and our very own Saudi designer Arwa Al Banawi.

It’s no wonder Hollywood celebs can’t get enough of the glitz and bedazzlement that these Arab designers bring:

Gina Rodriguez rocked this Zuhair Murad gown at the most recent Oscars

Zuhair Murad is a renowned Lebanese designer, who has probs been worn Hollywood starlets more than the average.

Who can blame ’em?

Kuwaiti couturier Yousef Al Jasmi’s designs have been worn by a number of celebs like Kylie Jenner and Mariah Carey

If you catch a celeb in something sparkly, curve-shaping and FABULOUS- just know it’s Al Jasmi’s unhindered designs.

Celebs like Paris Hilton, Kylie Jenner, Mariah Carey, Naomi Campbell and MORE have all rocked his looks.

Death By Dolls, based in LA, have been worn by singers like Beyonce and Britney Spears

UAE-Based, Rami Al Ali, has adorned Helen Mirren among others..

The UAE-based designer was worn by actress Helen Mirren at last year’s Oscars, while Mary J Blige boasts as another big client.

And of course, Elie Saab

A name so familiar because of his lustrous dresses, iconic name and his line of fragrances that are oh-so-delectable to the Arab scent connoisseur.

Lebanon’s Elie Saab defo paved the way for more Arab designers to be noticed by stylists in Los Angeles, for that we thank him.

At the recent Golden Globes, Saab was worn not once, not twice but by more than six celebs including: Anne Hathaway, Lily Collins, Andie Macdowell, Emily Blunt and Zorro’s lead, Catherine Zeta Jones.
