The Saudi GGWCup Female Football Team Has The Coolest Abayas Ever
The Saudi team also known as the Greens Team is currently participating in the Global Goals World Cup (GGWcup) in Copenhagen, Denmark.
24 women’s teams are participating in the cup that aims for a better world. Each team represents one of the 17 global goals set by the United Nations General Assembly.
So anyway, while our team was there they got to wear custom Arwa Al Banawi designed clothing. The most notable of them all is the abayas that the Saudi team were seen wearing in a photo.
Arwa Al Banawi is one of the most sought-after Saudi designers and anything she touches is gold. This abaya is proof of that.
On its back is written, “We Are A Kingdom” in both English and Arabic. And, boy it sure looks enchanting.
