No, it’s not your regular football team.
Mesut Ozil had earlier announced his intent to launch a FIFA 19 eSports team and now reports have come in that he wants a Saudi teenager to be part of it.
According to Al Arabiya English, Ozil believes that Mosaad al-Dossary (Msdossary) who is the reigning champion of FIFA eWorld Cup 2018 to be the “perfect catch” for his team.
Yoshua Begir, executive director of eSports Reputation, told Bild newspaper “We are currently negotiating with all the top players in the world,‘Msdossary’, after winning the title, is one of them.”
مبروك بالفوز لكأس العالم @FIFAeWorldCup #MSDossary
Congrats on winning the #FIFAeWorldcup, #MSDossary.
Would have loved to congratulate you personally and handover the trophy. ???????? I hope I can learn from you some day personally! ???? Take care and enjoy your victory. pic.twitter.com/AZQWOElzl6— Mesut Özil (@MesutOzil1088) August 6, 2018
Dossary is currently under contract with the USClan team but transferring players from one team to the other is not that costly in the world of eSports reported the Bild.
The FIFA 19 game is said to launch on the 28th of September and if Dossary joins Ozil’s side it can be safe to say this will definitely be one heck of a team that will surely dominate the game.
Here we are again with the best????????????@MesutOzil1088 pic.twitter.com/tatQ1ptOqu
