The Health Ministry Is Now Encouraging People To Start Walking At Least 30 Minutes A Day

Saudi’s Ministry of Health launched a program through its e-portal encouraging residents on the Kingdom to walk at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days every week- to sustain a healthy lifestyle. 

Obesity is common in both adults and children due to the lack of exercise, according to Arab News. so the government has set up areas in the larger cities- so people will enjoy taking walks more frequently.
