The enchanting palace was the erstwhile home of King Abdul Aziz. Today, it stands as a meagre reflection of its glory days but it still makes for a worthy tourist site. The palace was built in the year 1932

And took 5 years to complete

It is said to be the first building in the country to use cement and iron in its construction
