Football lovers probs won’t barely sit still after hearing what we’re about to tell you.

During a Q&A session at yesterday’s Misk Global Forum, Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho mentioned plans to open a football academy in our very own Red Sea city of Jeddah.

But, hold your horses, because that’s not all to it. The football academy is being arranged to open up some time next year, reports Arab News.

Ronaldinho addressed a few of life lessons he’s learned to a crowd of inspired and empowered youth

On Wednesday, Ronaldinho opened up about lessons he’s learned on his journey to success in a talk titled the ‘Discipline- and Fun- of Teamwork.’

During the two-day youth forum took place at Riyadh’s prominent Ritz-Carlton hotel, the legend expressed his gratitude towards having worked with a team of “stars who respected each other.”

Since his retirement, he’s now solely focused on giving back to the community

Following a few inspirational statements from Ronaldinho, he shared a very direct advice to the audience saying, “Prepare yourself and help your colleague or team member. Humility is important. Try to stay humble.”

After which, he expressed his concerns of giving back following his retirement from playing football professionally. The Brazilian star expressed pride over the soccer academies he has helped launch and that giving back to the football community was his own way of saying thanks to the game for all it has given him.
