The Saudi Athlete Who Won At The Olympics Is Already Worth More Than SAR 7 Million

Saudi karate athlete, Tariq Hamdi, has become a sensation countrywide after bringing home a medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

He is receiving support and praise from everyone in Saudi Arabia

In fact, the Ministry of Sports – and His Highness the President of the Olympic Committee, Prince Abdulaziz Al-Faisal – announced that he is receiving the award that had been set up for any Saudi participant bringing home a gold medal award of SAR 5 million to him.

The President of the Olympic Committee basically tweeted that Hamidi may have not been able to win the gold medal and got silver instead because of a penalty, he is a winner to all of us of the gold medal.

In addition to the reward of the Saudi Olympic Committee, companies and businessmen have provided rewards of up to two million riyals until this moment, including Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal and Prince Muhammad bin Faisal, to support Tariq and Saudi athletes in such international forums.

He is already worth more than SAR 7 million now!
