A New Microsoft Product Has An Interesting Connection With This Saudi Company
Microsoft has come up with a new eco-friendly mouse dubbed the “Microsoft Ocean Plastic Mouse” that has 20% of its shell coming from plastic that was once tossed into the ocean. The shell of the mouse is made of resin and plastic waste-turned-pellets. That’s where Saudi petrochemical giant SABIC comes into the picture.
SABIC has come up with a new breakthrough resin just for this purpose that comprises 20% ocean plastic.
Microsoft originally envisioned the project with a target of 10% ocean plastic but our very own SABIC helped it achieve way more than what it set out for.
