The Jabal Qara Caves Are So Utterly Beautiful That They Have To Be On Your Saudi Bucket List

Avatar

Al Ahsa is renowned for its lush farmlands and rich history but the region is also home to one of the most spectacular natural wonders in Arabia.

The Jabal Qara caves, which are located just a few kilometers away from the city of Hofuf stretch for miles – most of which are open for tourists to explore.

These caves are also referred to by some as the Ali Baba caves – one of the popular folktales in the Arabian Nights.

Inside, you’ll feel like you are in one of the exotic locales from an adventure movie.

The unique rock formations around the caves are otherworldly.

This aerial view is everything.

If there were ever to be a seven wonders of Arabia list, this has surely got to be in it.

The best part is that they don’t even charge entry fees.
