Avatar

Plans for the Prophet’s Mosque for Ramadan have been further clarified and this year is certainly going to be different than the last, despite that the pandemic isn’t fully over.

Taraweeh prayers will be performed in the mosque this year

Announcements confirm that the mosque will be open half an hour after Taraweeh prayer and two hours before Fajr prayer for the first 20 days of Ramadan.

And during the last 10 days, the mosque will be open around the clock – just like the good old days.

The mosque will have an operating capacity of 60,000 worshipers
