Hajj has come to its end and most pilgrims’ beautiful journey is over as they fly back to their countries. However, this isn’t the case for Othman AlShahin, the man who walked 450 kilometers to Hajj and is on his way home now- by foot.
The incredible story is totally inspiring and is just one of many representations of what the human faith is capable of achieving.
AlShahin proved everybody wrong all thanks to his undeniable courage and persistence, despite peoples’ argument that 45-year-old AlShahin wasn’t going to reach Hajj on time.
Walking by foot from Bisha to Makkah was a planned route that would take 17-20 days, estimating from the 450-km track, but AlShahin made it to Mekkah within 13 DAYS.
Thirteen DAYS!
Let’s just let that sink in.
Hajj is over but for Othman AlShahin the journey is not over yet. The man who walked 450km to Hajj (the equivalent distance of #Paris to #Geneva) is now on his way home by foot. #Hajj2018 #OnePeople pic.twitter.com/pj1QG4bWTU
