Fatima Baeshen, new spokeswoman to Saudi’s ambassador in Washington DC, graciously answered questions from US’ CNN about Saudi Arabia’s latest reforms, and plans for Vision 2030. 

And her response basically sums it all up:

“Saudi Arabia is not Easternizing or Westernising, it is simply modernising and evolving”
