Saudi’s Ministry of Interior trained 11 hopeful women on Saturday in a workshop to help them become Border Guard Inspectors in the Kingdom. 

The workshop was assisted by the German Federal Police, which aimed to train the women on these skills: 

• Personal protection,
• Self-defense, 
• Inspection, 
• Profiling, 
• Documentation checks, 
• First-ad, 
• How to spot smuggling, forgery and fraud

Due to criminals and smugglers using female accomplices, this new inspector initiative will use the help of women guards to combat crime.
