A man has been arrested after police saw a 20-year-old man threatening female drivers on social media- in Saudi’s Eastern Province. According to reports, the young man will be prosecuted as sources at the public prosecutor’s office asserted that there is no toleration for anyone to harm anyone or break regulations.
“I swear to God, any woman whose car breaks down – will burn her and her car.”
The seven-second clip went viral instantly leading to the search and arrest of the young man. Col. Ziad Al- Ruqaiti has confirmed that the man will be prosecuted for his actions. The man recorded a video apologising to anyone upset over his actions, shortly after, claiming it was nothing but a “joke”.
