A ballistic missile was intercepted on Tuesday by the Air Defense Forces of the Arab Coalition from Yemen’s Houthi militias. Targeted location was Jizan and the missile was stopped at 8:12 pm in the Southern region of Jizan.

The Saudi Air Defence Forces intercepted the missile immediately

Col. Turki Al- Malki, spokesman of the Coalition Forces, told SG that the missile intended to target the populated areas of Jizan, but was stopped and destroyed by the Saudi Air Defense Forces.

He added that this type of act from the Houthi militias is an example of the Iranian regime’s inclusion in supporting the Houthi, which defies the UN resolutions 2216 and 2231.
