The video was reportedly shot in Jizan’s highway, when the man who uploaded the video on Snapchat, captioned it “Teaching her how to drive.”
The arrest of the man took place two days after Jazan’s governor, Prince Mohammed bin Abdel Aziz, ordered his immediate arrest due to the ‘explicit’ content of the footage.
