A Saudi preacher and cleric, Ahmed Bin Saad Al Qarni, has been called out by netizens for a tweet on Wednesday where he basically states that men are not to be blamed for them harassing women. Al Qarni posted in a series of tweets, ranting and using a video from social media to exemplify his statements.

“If he rapes her, she’ll come home crying over her dignity. I swear to God, women are the cause of harassment and adultery. Look at the woman in this video, she’s the one who stopped the man driving the vehicle, and she’s the one who got into the car with him,” according to Stepfeed.
Adding “a good woman who wears a kitchen aprop will never leave her house looking like that.”
With some agreeing with the statement and others offended and outraged over his statements…
Last month, following the lift of the ban on women driving, The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman issued a decree that will criminalise sexual offenders.
