HE Turki al-sheik, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, reacted positively to a complaint on twitter.

The complaint was posted by a man whose child was not allowed to access the theme park in “Winter Wonderland” in Riyadh due to his disability.

The child’s father posted footage showing his son, who suffers from blindness disability while talking about this situation.

Turki al-Shiekh commented on the tweet saying that “it is not acceptable at all … please contact Mr. Ahmed Al Mohammady from GEA right away, and we will invite you back.”
