Prominent Saudi football team Al- Ahli Club, one of their honorary members and two players have been fined a whopping SAR1 million each, according to Saudi Gazette.
The two players by names are Muhammed Owais and Tayseer Al Jassim, and the fines given to all of them is due to a violation of Article 77 in the discipline bylaw.
The Disciplinary Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) have announced that all of the violators have 30 days to pay the fines. In addition, SAFF has also fined the players’ agent Turki Al- Zahrani an equal amount of SAR1 million and banned him from joining any football-related activity.
